The 2 day CITB Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme provides candidates the necessary legal, health, safety, welfare and environmental training for construction supervisors, foreman and engineers, as well as labour staff. The course is recognised by the UKCG (UK Contractors Group) as providing the necessary training for working on UK construction sites.

The CITB SMSTS Certificate is valid 5 years.

This is a 1 day course for the GQA Labours card, which has recently come out. It is known as the white CSCS card and is equivalent to the Green CSCS card.

This qualification is aimed at individuals wishing to prove they have the level and range of knowledge required to work safely in a Construction working environment.

IOSH Working Safely is a one-day course covering the essentials of health and safety in the workplace. It is aimed at all employees in all types of organisation. IOSH Working Safely looks at people's responsibilities for health and safety, workplace hazards and risks, and how to control them.

Also, with this qualification, you can then proceed to apply for the ECS Labours card.

IPAF stands for "International Powered Access Federation". It is the organisation that promotes the safe and effective use of powered access machines (MEWPs) worldwide, which includes all Cherry Pickers and Scissor Lifts.

To ensure the safe use of powered access equipment, all operators should be properly trained.Theory and practical based training teach operators and supervisors about their legal responsibilities and that of their employers, as well as how to safely operate a MEWP. Successful trainees receive a PAL Card (Powered Access Licence) which is accepted around the world as proof of safety and competency when operating the relevant powered access equipment.

The Towers for Users course covers the Work at Height Regulations and the Health and Safety at Work Act, offering comprehensive knowledge of the legislation relevant to this type of work. The course includes training on tower components, inspection techniques, hazard awareness, and accident prevention. It features a theory test, followed by a practical training session, and concludes with an assessment.

Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations (Construction)

The qualification will develop knowledge and skills in areas such as general health, safety and welfare, conforming to productive working practices and moving, handling and storing resources.

The aim of the Level 3 NVQ Diploma is to recognise the knowledge, skills and competence of individuals who specialise in a trade based occupation in the construction industry.

Level 3 is for supervisors, alongside this qualification, you will need to also pass the test for CITB Health and Safety Supervisor Specialists Test in order to order your Gold Supervisor Card. For Level 3 NVQ, you will need to already hold a suitable position with the sector you are training for.

The Trades we provide for NVQ Level 3 are; Carpentry, Bricklayer, Formwork, Cladding, Steel Erecting and Occupational Work Supervision. 

The ProQual Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management (Construction) (QCF) qualification provides a nationally recognised qualification appropriate for those working as construction site managers in building and civil engineering, highways maintenance and repair, residential development, conservation or demolition. Candidates follow one of five pathways depending on their job role: Estimating, Buying, Planning, Surveying and General.

CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) is a card scheme created to reflect and showcase the competence of plant operating personnel.

NPORS is a qualification which is recognised by the HSE. It shows that an organisation has trained instructors who are fully able to train, test and certify operators.

The main aim of NPORS or The National Plant Operators Registration Scheme is to grant accredited training providers the ability to meet the needs of the company and provide satisfactory personnel.

This award gives the learner an understanding of the application of the IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition. It provides a facility for individuals working in the electrotechnical sector to develop and/or enhance their knowledge of the Requirements for Electrical Installation.

The First Aid at Work course can help save lives, and prevent injuries and illness from becoming worse. The course is designed to equip individuals and organisations with the correct training and ability in managing workplace based injuries, illnesses and accidents. Your course includes trained use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Students receive a First Aid at Work Certificate and Card upon successful completion.

The sia license was created to regulate the security industry and improve its image. It covers physical, manned security roles as well as CCTV surveillance. Licensing ensures that private security operatives are properly trained and qualified to do their jobs.

This course provides an insight on when working at height. Work at height means work in any place where, if precautions were not taken, a person could fall a distance liable to cause personal injury. You are working at height if you:

● Work above ground/floor level

● Could fall from an edge, through an opening or fragile surface or

● Could fall from ground level into an opening in a floor or a hole in the ground

This course is an insight onto directing traffic and moving vehicles on site.A Banksman, also known as a Traffic Marshall, is usually a trained competent person who would position themselves so that they have an unrestricted view of the load and the vehicle operator, to give manoeuvring instructions to the appropriate vehicle driver.

This course helps you to identify fire hazards at their workplace. The Fire Marshal reports the hazards to the appropriate person. They do this by conducting consistent assessments of the building. The fire marshal ensures that everyone leaves the building during an evacuation. 

This course provides an insight on when working with Asbestos. Asbestos is the name given to a wide ranging group of naturally occurring minerals that are contained within the earth’s surface as ‘rock’.

This course provides perception on safety when working at height; how to fit a harness, how to assess until when it is safe to use.

This course provides awareness on your safety for when working on site, how to use your face mask which is part of your PPE; Safeguarding your health from diseases such as asbestosis, lung cancer , silicosis and COPD​.
